founder, Lucia Hamilton, has twenty
years of corporate management experience and has worked in several
different functional areas. In her last corporate position, she
was the Director of Administration for a division of a Fortune
500 company, where she led human resource initiatives. She has
advanced degrees in both business and psychology.
We have conducted over 1,000 assessments
for companies of all sizes and in every job family. We know what
it takes to be a good plant manager, a good salesperson, a good
accountant, a good scientist.
