Psychological
instruments and tests are used in our consulting practice. The
instruments chosen have been carefully reviewed to ensure they
are psychometrically sound and appropriate for the intended use.
Good assessment practice and professional ethics dictate that
the results from these tests and instruments not be evaluated
solely on their own, but as part of a comprehensive assessment
process.
You should know that with the advent of electronic testing, we
can not see how someone answers specific items. We are only provided
with a report, which is sent to our office within minutes of the
completion of the test. Also, we have found that people prefer
electronic testing, as it is much more convenient than paper and
pencil for both the user and the administrator. Electronic testing
usually takes less time, as well.

have received tester ID information from us, click

If you have been asked to take personality
instruments as part of a management assessment or coaching program,
and have received a tester ID from us, click
here.
If for some reason, you have not received a tester ID, please
call us at (952) 921-8499.
Note: There has been an explosion in published tests over the
last few years, with a wide spectrum of quality. If you are considering
using a test in-house, we highly recommend that someone trained
in psychological assessment review the manual before purchasing
the test. We would be happy to help you with that evaluation.
